2018-2019 CME Reporting Due Feb. 28

February 25, 2020

If your NH medical license is up for renewal on June 30, 2020, your CME reporting for re-licensure is due by Feb. 28.

  • Report only credits obtained between Jan. 1, 2018 and Dec. 31, 2019.*
  • If you have a NH DEA license, report 3 Category 1 credits related to pain management/addiction disorder.
  • Sign your CME reporting form and include an address change as needed.
  • Include the $40 processing fee - payable to "CME Coordinator".

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. You will receive a verification letter via paper mail when your audit is complete. License renewal applications should be available in mid-March. Once you have confirmation that your CME audit is complete, you may feel free to submit your online renewal application to the Board.

*If you need to use 2020 credits in order to meet the 100-credit requirement, you must apply for an extension from the Board of Medicine by contacting penny.taylor@oplc.nh.gov.
