New Hampshire is officially a member of the national Alliance for Innovation in Maternal Health (AIM).  AIM is a national data-driven maternal safety and quality improvement initiative based on proven implementation approaches of patient safety bundles, with the goal of eliminating preventable maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity across the United States.

This month the New Hampshire Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health Program will begin work to implement two core AIM patient safety bundles focused on maternal substance use and addressing disparities in care.  As preparation for this meeting, please review the "Readiness" section of the attached patient safety bundle.  We will explore the elements in the bundle and begin a self-assessment process to identify key areas for improvement at our institutions.  This will be an interactive session.

Please don’t hesitate to email Daisy Goodman or Vicki Flanagan with any questions.
