The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Healthcare-Associated Infections Program was awarded funds and is working with the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) to offer four separate courses to enhance infection control and prevention infrastructure across the continuum of care in NH.

Courses (free to all attendees, provide an APIC membership for a year, and CEUs/contact hours as applicable):

  • Train-The-Trainer Infectious Disease Readiness and Patient Transport (March 23 or March 24) - $525 value

    • This course is designed to strengthen ability to prevent and control infection while providing Emergency Medical Services. This course is prioritized for first responders, healthcare professionals and those training for EMS certification or work in related fields.

    • This may also be relevant for emergency trained providers (ED physicians and nurses, paramedics, etc).
