Registration for NH PDMP Required

Under Section 318:B33 of the Controlled Drug Prescription Health and Safety Program (NH PDMP), all prescribers and dispensers authorized to prescribe or dispense schedule II-IV controlled substances within the state shall be required to register with the program. Only registered prescribers and dispensers (and their delegates) shall be eligible to access the program.

If you have a NH license and a DEA registration (from any state) you are required to register with the NH Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). 

If you have questions about your registration with the NH PDMP please contact the NH Help Desk at 855-353-9903. They will be able to check your status and re-issue the registration emails if you misplaced them or did not receive them.

Please have your name and NH license number available.

The instructions you will receive will be prompt you to change your password to a permanent password. You will need 10 characters with at least (1) uppercase, (1) lower case and (1) number …no words, names or number sequences.

You will then be prompted to query site where you will be asked to complete your profile:

  • a. Facility name
  • b. Date of Birth
  • c. Security Question
  • d. DEA#
  • e. Phone number

When you have filled this out the User Profile and have changed your password -- You have COMPLETED your registration and can begin accessing the data. 

If you did not receive the registration e-mails, please contact the NH PDMP Program Manager Michelle Ricco-Jonas at and provide her with the following information:

  • a. First name, last name and middle initial
  • b. License type
  • c. License number
  • d. License expiration date
  • e. E-mail address 
