Last Chance for Medicaid EHR Incentive Payments

PROGRAM YEAR 2016 IS THE LAST YEAR THAT FIRST-TIME PROVIDERS MAY BEGIN TO ATTEST
TO RECEIVE MEDICAID EHR INCENTIVE PROGRAM PAYMENTS.

Eligible Professionals and Eligible Hospitals can receive incentive payments for up to six years, but Program Year 2016 will be the last year for first-time providers to begin the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. First-time participants in 2016 must register at the CMS Registration and Attestation site, and then attest on ePIP, the New Hampshire registration and attestation system, that they have either adopted, implemented, or upgraded certified Electronic Health Record technology or completed 90-days of Meaningful Use by December 31, 2016.  Sign up for NH Medicaid EHR e-newsletters to learn more about the program as well as the date on which the State will begin accepting 2016 attestations.  Please email the NH Medicaid EHR Office with any questions.
