Education
Council on Education shall concern itself with the education of physicians and allied health care professionals.  The Council  shall be responsible for the scientific programs at the Annual Convention and report to the Secretary as required in Article 7, Section 3.

Physicians Health
Committee on Physicians Health shall consist of a chairman and at least five additional members.  Other members, in order to deal with local, county or regional matters, may be appointed by the chairman as needed. The Committee on Physician Effectiveness shall deal with any of the various problems that may interfere with the physician's ability to perform his normal duties in relation to his patients, the hospital or the community.
