Ebola PPE Guidance, FAQs and Helpline

We hope you will help share this information from the N.H. Division of Public Health Services for Ebola preparedness. Please check back for updated information from the CDC as it comes in.

1. Recommendations for your facility to prepare for Ebola

2. FAQs for Ebola PPE and Environmental Infection Control

3. Log for monitoring healthcare personnel who have contact with a suspect or confirmed Ebola patient.
(You are free to adapt this for your facility.  Please contact NHMS if you need a non-pdf version.)

4. If a patient is phone-screened and suspected to be high-risk for Ebola, instruct the patient to stay where they are and wait to hear back from the physician's office.  Contact N.H. DPHS for assistance at 603.271.4496 Mon.-Fri., 8-4:30, or 603.271.5300 after hours and ask for the nurse on call.
