Notice on Proposed Bylaws Change at NHMS Annual Conference

Dear NHMS Members, 

This notice is to inform you of proposed changes to the NHMS Bylaws that would formally recognize the reconstitution of the Benevolence Fund under the John P. Bowler, MD Memorial Library into the Bowler-Bartlett Foundation as the charitable, educational and scientific 501(c)3 organization of the New Hampshire Medical Society. The proposed changes to the NHMS Bylaws can be found at http://www.nhms.org/about.bylaws

The NHMS Council has voted to approve these changes, which in accordance with Article 19 of the Bylaws, are to be ratified at the NHMS General Session on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Mill Falls at the Lake in Meredith, NH, by a majority vote of all the members present.
