Please join an ACOG Town Hall: Practicing Equity in Sexual and Reproductive Health, sponsored by District IX, Section 1 on Mon., 8/17 from 3-4 pm EST.

Guest speaker Dr. Marie Ramas is a Family Medicine/Obstetrics physician, patient advocate and activist. She will review SRH-related health inequity and provide individual and system-based recommendations to improve health outcomes of minoritized groups. Physicians, trainees, administrators -- all allies are welcome to join this webinar.

Learning objectives:

  1. Consider the distinctions of implicit bias and systemic causes of inequity.
  2. Recognize systemic causes of persistent gaps in health outcomes.
  3. Implement practical changes in practice, both personally and organizationally, that can yield improved access and quality of care for historically marginalized groups.
