Finance Committee

The Finance Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer and shall consist of the President, President-Elect, Trustee of the Bowler Bartlett Foundation, a Director-at-Large (non-first-term), and the CEO. It will meet at appropriate intervals, and at the call of the President or the Treasurer, to deliberate matters of financial importance of the Society.
