Legislative Committee 

The Legislative Committee shall be chaired by the President, and shall consist of Committee members drawn from various medical specialties and geographic areas of New Hampshire, a Director-at-Large, the CEO, and the Society’s Advocacy Director. The Committee shall concern itself with state and federal legislation that impacts patients, physicians, public health, insurance, medical liability, etc. The Committee shall make recommendations on policies, positions, and provide general strategic advice to the NHMS Council.
