Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy:

  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing in advance of the event.
  • Cancellations received 7 days or more before the event will be refunded in full, minus a $35 administrative fee.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost if requested at least 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the event, or no-shows on the day of the program, are not eligible for a refund.  
  • Weather and Emergencies: Exceptions for medical emergencies or severe weather impacting travel may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

NHMS Cancellation Policy

  • If the Medical Society cancels the program, all registration fees will be fully refunded. The Medical Society is not responsible for non-refundable travel or lodging costs.
