NH Medical Society Denounces Insurers' COVID-19 Science

The Medical Society offered an amicus brief for a NH Supreme Court case (Schleicher & Stebbins Hotels vs. Staff Surplus Lines Insurance) to better explain the science involved with COVID-19 infections during the pandemic and help level the science considered by courts in COVID-19 related insurance disputes.
The case was reviewed in the online publication Law360.
