Testimonials from May 2025 Graduates:
“I’m proud to have successfully completed the New Hampshire Physician Leadership Development Program through the NH Medical Society, the NH Hospital Association, and the University of NH. I gained valuable training in healthcare policy, organizational strategy, financial stewardship, and team-based leadership. It was a meaningful opportunity to collaborate with peers across the state and strengthen the skills needed to navigate today’s complex healthcare environment.”

"Participating in the NH Physician Leadership Development Program (2023–2025), organized by the NH Medical Society, the NH Hospital Associaiton, and the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business, has been an incredibly enriching experience. The faculty brought depth and insight to topics that physicians often navigate—leadership, mentorship, communication, strategy, and healthcare finance—even when we are not in formal leadership roles. The program offered a thoughtful and practical complement to traditional clinical training, helping me better understand how to lead teams, approach systems-level challenges, and contribute more meaningfully to the future of healthcare.
It was a privilege to learn alongside an inspiring group of physician colleagues from across New Hampshire. The diversity of specialties and perspectives made our problem-solving discussions both fascinating and energizing. I left each session with a deeper appreciation for the talent and expertise within our state—and with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility in my own work.”
